The following defines the local-intake area of this school:

NORTH BALGA PRIMARY SCHOOL (Government Gazette Dec 1980)

The boundary for this school is as follows:
From the junction of Treen Street and Wanneroo Road, south along Wanneroo Road to Etchingham Road, in a general easterly direction along Etchingham Road to Princess Road to Ullswater Place, east along Ullswater Place to a point south of the eastern extremity of Ambleside Close, north from this point between Ambleside Close on the west and Barlow Way on the east to the northern arm of Coniston Way, east along the southern boundary of Lot 21 to the eastern boundary of Lot 21, north along this same eastern boundary to Beach Road, west and northwest along Beach Road to Muswell Street, southwest and south along Muswell Street to Treen Street to Wanneroo Road.

The boundary parts of Wanneroo Road (east side), Princess Road (between Balga Avenue and Beach Road) (both sides), Beach Road (south side), Muswell Street (both sides) and Ullswater Place (north side), and the boundary streets of Treen Street (both sides) and Etchingham Road (both sides) are included within the area for the North Balga Junior Primary School and the North Balga Primary School, while the boundary part of Princess Road (between Etchingham Road and Balga Avenue) (both sides) is excluded from the area for the North Balga Junior Primary School.

Supplement (Government Gazette Jan 1990)

The boundary between North Balga Primary School (including North Balga Junior Primary) and Warriapendi Primary School is Princess Road. The boundary parts of Princess Road (west side) are included within the area for North Balga Primary School, while the boundary parts of Princess Road (east side), are excluded from the area for Balga Primary School.
