The following defines the local-intake area of this school:
From the Indian Ocean at the locality boundary between Port Kennedy and Warnbro, due east along this boundary with Cardiff Place and Galway Gardens (both on the north) and Dieppe Lane and Nazaire Lane (both on the south), to and across Fendam Street and continuing east along the locality boundary with Teraglin Way (on the north) and Montpellier Mews (on the south) to Currie Street, south along Currie Street to Grand Ocean Boulevard, east along Grand Ocean Boulevard to Warnbro Sound Avenue, north along Warnbro Sound Avenue to Safety Bay Road, west along Safety Bay Road to Hokin Street, south west and west along Hokin Street and its westerly extension to the Indian Ocean. The boundary parts of Warnbro Sound Avenue (west side) and Safety Bay Road (south side) are included within the local-intake area for Warnbro Primary School. The boundary parts of Currie Street (both sides), Grand Ocean Boulevard (both sides) and Hokin Street (both sides) are excluded from the local-intake area of this school.

The following is an optional area for Koorana and Warnbro Primary Schools:
From the intersection of Safety Bay Road and Warnbro Sound Avenue, south along Warnbro Sound Avenue to a point coinciding with the westerly extension of Oslo Place, east from this point between Moreton Crescent, Dress Circle and Ryde Close to the north and Manly Crescent, Darwin Place and Rhyl Close to the south, to Ennis Avenue, north along Ennis Avenue to Safety Bay Road, and west along Safety Bay Road to Warnbro Sound Avenue. The boundary parts of Warnbro Sound Avenue (east side), Ennis Avenue (west side) and Safety Bay Road (south side) are included within this optional area.

Note
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
