The following defines the local-intake area of this school:

From the locality boundary at the junction of Great Eastern Highway and Kintore Road, north, east and generally north along the locality boundary between Mundaring and Parkerville to the locality boundary between Parkerville and Stoneville, continuing north, east, north and west along this locality boundary to Roland Road, north along Roland Road to the local government boundary between the Shire of Mundaring and the City of Swan, west along this local government boundary to Toodyay Road, south along the local government boundary between the Shire of Mundaring and the City of Swan and its southern extension to Great Eastern Highway, east along Great Eastern Highway to Park Road, north along Park Road to Oxley Road, east along Oxley Road to Hedges Road, east along Hedges Road to Brooking Road, south along Brooking Road to Great Eastern Highway and east along Great Eastern Highway to the locality boundary at Kintore Road. The boundary parts of Roland Road (west side) and Great Eastern Highway (north side) are included within the local-intake area of this school. The boundary parts of Park Road (both sides), Oxley Road (both sides), Hedges Road (both sides) and Brooking Road (both sides) are excluded from the local-intake area of this school.

The following defines an optional area for Glen Forrest and Parkerville Primary Schools:
From the junction of Great Eastern Highway and Brooking Road, north along Brooking Road to Hedges Road, west along Hedges Road to Oxley Road, west along Oxley Road to Park Road, south along Park Road to Great Eastern Highway and east along Great Eastern Highway to Brooking Road. The boundary parts of Brooking Road (both sides), Hedges Road (both sides), Oxley Road (both sides), Park Road (both sides) and Great Eastern Highway (north side) are included within this optional area.

The following defines an optional area for Glen Forrest, Mundaring and Parkerville Primary Schools:
From the junction of Great Eastern Highway and Craven Road, south along Craven Road to Jacoby Street, east along Jacoby Street to Coppin Road, south along Coppin Road to Phillips Road, west along Phillips Road and its westward extension to the junction of Homestead Road and Strettle Road, west along Strettle Road to Brooking Road, north along Brooking Road to Great Eastern Highway and east along Great Eastern Highway to Craven Road. The boundary parts of Craven Road (both sides), Jacoby Street (both sides), Phillips Road (both sides), Strettle Road (both sides), Brooking Road (both sides) and Great Eastern Highway (south side) are included within this optional area. The boundary part of Coppin Road (both sides) is excluded from this local-intake area.

The following defines an optional area for Mundaring Primary School and Parkerville Primary School-
From the junction of Roland Road and Cameron Road, east along Cameron Road to the eastern extremity of its western section, south to the locality boundary between Stoneville and Parkerville, west along the locality boundary between Stoneville and Parkerville to Roland Road, and north along Roland Road to Cameron Road. The boundary parts of Roland Road (east side) are included within this optional area. The boundary parts of Cameron Road (both sides) are excluded from this optional area.

Note
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
