The following defines the local-intake area of this school:
From the junction of Benara Road and Beechboro Road, south along Beechboro Road (east side included) to Devonshire Street, east between Eugene Court (both sides included) and Redgum Way (both sides included) to the north, and Seacom Court (both sides excluded) and Elettra Close (both sides excluded) to the south, to Cassia Way, south along Cassia Way (both sides excluded) to Challenger Avenue, east and north along Challenger Avenue (both sides excluded) to Bottlebrush Drive, south along Bottlebrush Drive (east side included) to Morley Drive East, east along Morley Drive East (north side included) to May Road, south along May Road (east side included) to Robinson Road, west along Robinson Road (south side included) to Iolanthe Street, south along Iolanthe Street (east side included) to Walter Road East, east along Walter Road East (north side included) and its extension to the Swan River, generally north along the Swan River to Maali Bridge, west to Douglas Road, west along Douglas Road (both sides excluded) to West Swan Road, south along West Swan Road (east side included) to Woollcott Avenue, north west along Woollcott Avenue (south side included) to Youle-Dean Road, south west along Youle-Dean Road (south side included) to Lord Street and the boundary of Whiteman Park, generally south and west along the Whiteman Park boundary to Marshall Road, generally west along the Whiteman Park boundary to Beechboro Road North, generally north along the Whiteman Park boundary (and Beechboro Road North) to Hepburn Avenue, south along Hepburn Avenue (east side included) to the proposed northern extension of the Tonkin Highway, south along this extension of Tonkin Highway to the junction of Reid Highway and Tonkin Highway, continuing south along Tonkin Highway (east side included) to Benara Road and east along Benara Road (north side included) to Beechboro Road.

The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.
