From a point on the coastline of the Indian Ocean on the western extension of Henson Street, south east along this extension and south east along Henson Street (both sides excluded) to Anstruther Road, south east and south along Anstruther Road (both sides excluded) to Morfitt Street, east along Morfitt Street (both sides excluded) and its extension to Mandurah Road, north and north west along Mandurah Road (west side included) to Watersun Drive, west along Watersun Drive (both sides included) to Riana Place, west along Riana Place (both sides included ) and its western extension to the Indian Ocean coastline and south along the coast line to the western extension of Henson Street.
