From the Loch Street railway station, to and south along Loch Street (west side included) to Stirling Highway, east along Stirling Highway (south side included) to Vincent Street, south along Vincent Street (west side included) to Barcoo Avenue, west along Barcoo Avenue (both sides excluded) to Taylor Road (south along Taylor Road (both sides excluded) to Princess Road, west along Princess Road (north side included) to Bostock Road south along Bostock Road (both sides excluded) to Melvista Avenue, west along Melvista Avenue (north side included) to Parker Road, south along Parker Road (both sides excluded) to Watkins Road, west along Watkins Road (both sides excluded) to the Swan River foreshore, north and west along the Swan River foreshore to the eastern extension of Osborne Parade, west along the eastern extension of Osborne Parade to the junction of Osborne Parade and Richardson Avenue, north along Richardson Avenue (both sides excluded) to and across Stirling Highway to Parry Street, north along Parry Street (east side included) to the railway line, north east along the railway line to the Loch Street railway station.

The following defines an optional area between Freshwater Primary School and Swanbourne Primary School:
From the corner of Stirling Road and Claremont Crescent, west along Claremont Crescent (both sides included) to a point where the southern extension of Wright Avenue meets the railway line, north through Scotch College to Wright Avenue, continuing north along Wright Avenue (both sides included) to Bellevue Terrace, east along Bellevue Terrace and its extension to the north-south bike-path on the south western side of Lake Claremont, south along the bike-path and continuing south along Stirling Road (west side included) to Claremont Crescent.

The following defines an optional area between Freshwater Primary School and Mount Claremont Primary School:
From the intersection of Stirling Road and Shenton Road, north along Stirling Road (east side included) and its northern extension to the bike-path, north along the bike-path to a point on the western extension of Lapsley Road, east along this extension to Lapsley Road, east along Lapsley Road (both sides included) and its easterly extension to the railway line south and south west along the railway line to Stirling Road and north along Stirling Road (east side included) to Shenton Road.

Note
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
