Aspiri is proud of its exceptionally diverse and multicultural community, with students and families representing over 54 different language and cultural backgrounds from across the world. Diversity is celebrated as one of our greatest strengths and is reflected in the inclusive, welcoming and connected culture that defines our school community.

At Aspiri, we are committed to creating a culture where everyone belongs, contributes and thrives. Guided by our school motto, Aspire to Achieve Together, we believe success is achieved through collaboration, collective responsibility and strong partnerships between staff, students, families and the wider community. Our work is grounded in the belief of doing the right work, the right way, for the right reasons.

Our school culture is underpinned by the Aspiri HEART Values:
* H - Honesty
* E - Excellence
* A - Attitude
* R - Respect
* T - Teamwork

These values are explicitly taught, modelled and celebrated across all areas of school life. Aspiri also embraces restorative practices through our partnership with Real Schools, supporting positive relationships, student wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging for all members of our community.

Teaching and learning at Aspiri is informed by contemporary research and evidence-based practice. We are committed to high-impact teaching strategies, explicit instruction and continuous school improvement. Through coaching, mentoring, classroom observation and professional learning, staff work collaboratively to refine practice and improve outcomes for every student. Our school has a strong focus on literacy and numeracy excellence, student engagement and the development of confident, capable learners.

Aspiri offers a range of specialist learning programs including AUSLAN, Music, Dance, The Arts and Physical Education. Students also have access to academic enrichment opportunities and extracurricular programs designed to support creativity, leadership, wellbeing and connection.

Technology is embedded within teaching and learning through our managed 1:1 iPad program for students in Years 3-6, supporting digital literacy, innovation, collaboration and engagement across the curriculum.

Sustainability and environmental responsibility are important elements of our school culture. Students actively participate in environmental initiatives and develop an understanding of their role in contributing positively to the world around them.

Aspiri is also committed to strengthening connections to culture and Country through authentic 'on country' learning experiences and community partnerships, including opportunities for students to engage in learning informed by Aboriginal perspectives and local Noongar culture.

Aspiri Primary School is a future-focused school where diversity is embraced, relationships are valued and excellence is pursued in all aspects of teaching, learning and community engagement.
