School Overview

Welcome to East Beechboro Primary School.

Situated in the City of Swan, at the gateway to the picturesque Swan Valley, East Beechboro Primary School is a warm and welcoming place for children to learn and grow from Kindergarten to Year 6. As a highly respected Independent Public School, we proudly cater for around 370 students from a wide variety of cultural and language backgrounds, creating a rich and inclusive community.

At East Beechboro Primary School our caring staff and strong school community share a clear vision to provide every child with a well-rounded education that supports their emotional, social and academic development. We focus on building strong relationships and ensuring every student feels safe, valued and inspired to achieve their best.

Our dedicated teachers deliver engaging programs aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum, designed to nurture confident, well-balanced learners who thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Students benefit from specialist programs in Science, Music, Indonesian and Physical Education. Year 3 to Year 6 students have the opportunity to join the school choir where they can showcase their talents at community events. Our facilities include a well-equipped music room, science room, computer laboratory and library, all supporting a high-quality learning environment.

Beyond the classroom, we place a strong emphasis on student wellbeing and developing resilient students through the Virtues and Friendly Schools Plus program. Students are encouraged to set high expectations for themselves, develop resilience and show kindness and responsibility in their everyday lives.

Our school is also fortunate to have a highly supportive parent community, with our P&C and School Board actively involved in school life. Parents play an important role in making our school a vibrant and successful place through classroom support, fundraising and community events.

Our natural outdoor spaces are a highlight, offering children the chance to learn and play in unique environments such as our Yarning Circle, alongside other inviting play and nature areas.
