East Wanneroo Primary School is an independent public school located in the northern suburbs of Perth. Nestled amongst gum trees and extensive, native flora, the school provides a beautiful, natural setting for local families, it has a country feel in a city setting. Our grounds are spacious with dedicated play areas for each year level. The space carries through to the classrooms, where most classes have an additional room for students to spread out. We pride ourselves on being a family orientated school and with around 350 students, our staff get to know every child and their family.
Our school is guided by the values of Learn, Care and Share, which underpin positive relationships, respectful behaviour and a strong sense of belonging. We believe that every child can learn and thrive when high expectations are combined with quality teaching, genuine care and strong partnerships between school and home.
The staff actively promote a culture that strives to maintain positive and respectful relationships with students, parents and the wider community. We aim to work together to provide an inclusive, caring and productive learning environment where students feel safe and encouraged to achieve their personal best.
Building partnerships with local groups also enriches the educational experience for students and their families at East Wanneroo. We currently have partnerships with the Wanneroo Titans Little Athletics who operate from our oval after school twice a week and 'Care for Kids' (OSHC) who have a dedicated room in the school.
