Students who belong (dandjoo), learn (kaadatj), and achieve (woola), that is Hillman Primary School's commitment to our students and community. We continually strive to be the best learning community we can be, where our students develop a strong sense of belonging and where excellence in learning and achievement is at the core.

Our dedicated staff are committed to building positive relationships and knowing their students and how they learn best. They have an unrelenting focus on continuous self-reflection and improvement. Our strength-based and collaborative school culture enables an environment of high expectations of student learning and wellbeing.

We are committed to providing a healthy and safe learning environment. We are a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) school and our values provide the foundation for building a sense of belonging and respecting everyone's right to learn. Through collaboration between students, family, and school we all achieve. We strive to develop students that demonstrate Respect, take Responsibility, are Resilient, and look after Relationships.

At Hillman Primary School we believe in the development of the whole child, both academically, socially, and emotionally, and provide many extra-curricular activities to engage your child, including school sporting teams, Breakfast Club, special clubs, pastoral care services for our students and community and a Chaplaincy service.

Hillman Primary School embraces all members of our community and strives to maintain a nurturing and welcoming environment that promotes community partnerships. Our parents, School Board, and P&C are integral to our school community.
