From the intersection of Hepburn Avenue and Mirrabooka Avenue, east along Hepburn Avenue (north side included) to a point on the southern extension of the eastern-most north-south alignment of Rowntree Loop, north to and along Rowntree Loop (both sides excluded) to Werneth Entrance, north along Werneth Entrance (both sides excluded) and continuing north along the property boundaries of 271 Landsdale Road/15 Hardcastle Avenue (both included) and 273 Landsdale Road/11 Hardcastle Avenue (both excluded) to Hardcastle Avenue, east along Hardcastle Avenue (north side included) to McCarthy Way, north along McCarthy Way (both sides excluded) to Marginson Drive, west along Marginson Drive (south side included) to Donath View, north along Donath View (both sides excluded) to Anastasio Avenue, east along Anastasio Avenue (both sides excluded) to Elmdon Link, north along Elmdon Link (both sides excluded) to Kingsway, east along Kingsway (north side included) to Zappeion Entrance, north along Zappeion Entrance (both sides excluded) to Nymans Close, west along Nymans Close (both sides excluded) and continuing along its western extension to Mossfiel Retreat, west along Mossfiel Retreat (both sides excluded) to Sherwin Rise, west from this intersection along the property boundaries (with roads of Everglades Parade, Stonewall Circuit, Wexford Meander on the south included and roads of Lilystone Retreat, Ringrose Heights, Finsbury View, Woolmers Loop on the north excluded.
