Caversham Valley Primary School (formerly Caversham South Primary School (planning name)) 5846 (Government Gazette June 2019)

The following will define the local-intake area of this school from 2020:

From a point where Reid Highway crosses Swan River, generally south west following the Swan River to Bennett Brook, north along Bennett Brook to Benara Road, east along Benara Road (south side included) to Bennett Street, north along Bennett Street (east side included) to a point where the future road reserve for Daviot Road intersects with Bennett Street, generally north along this road reserve (east side included) to Daviot Road, north along Daviot Road (east side included) to Reid Highway, east along Reid Highway (south side included) to a point where it crosses the Swan River.

The following defines an optional area between Caversham Valley Primary School and East Beechboro Primary School:
From a point where Benara Road crosses Bennett Brook, east along Benara Road (north side included) to Bennett Street, north along Bennett Street (west side included) to a point where the future road reserve for Daviot Road intersects with Bennett Street, generally north along this road reserve (west side included) to Daviot Road, north along Daviot Road (west side included) to Reid Highway, west along Reid Highway (south side included) to a point where it crosses with Bennett Brook, and generally south along Bennett Brook to the point where it crosses with Benara Road.

Note
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
