The following will define the local-intake area of this school from 2017:
From the intersection of Hepburn Avenue and Mirrabooka Avenue, north along Mirrabooka Avenue (east side included) to Kingsway, east along Kingsway (south side included) to Abbotswood Drive, north and east along Abbotswood Drive (east and south sides included) to Hersey Parkway, east along Hersey Parkway (both sides included) to Sherwin Rise, north and west along Sherwin Rise to the pathway at the end of the cul-de-sac , north along the pathway to Mossfiel Retreat, east along the western section of Mossfiel Retreat (both sides excluded) to the pathway at the end of the cul-de-sac, east along the pathway to the eastern section of Mossfiel Retreat, east along the eastern section of Mossfiel Retreat (both sides included) to Babylon Bend, north and east along Babylon Bend (east and south sides included) to and across Alhambra Parkway to the junction of Thaxter Road and Monticello Meander, east along Thaxter Road (south side included) to Biltmore Street, north along Biltmore Street (east side included) to Queensway Road, east along Queensway Road (south side included) to Alexander Drive, south along Alexander Drive (west side included) to Hepburn Avenue and west along Hepburn Avenue (north side included) to Mirrabooka Avenue.

From the intersection of Hepburn Avenue and Alexander Drive, north along Alexander Drive (west side included) to Queensway Road, west along Queensway Road (south side included) to Biltmore Street, south along Biltmore Street (east side included) to the intersection with Thaxter Road, south west from this intersection through the park to the intersection of Babylon Bend and Alhambra Parkway, west and south along Babylon Bend (south and eastern sides included) to Zappeion Entrance, west along Zappeion Entrance (south side included) to Nymans Close, continuing south along Zappeion Entrance (from Nymans Close both sides included (including address of 1 and 3 Nymans Close)) to Kingsway, west along Kingsway (south side included) to Elmdon Link, south along Elmdon Link (both sides included) to Anastasio Avenue, west along Anastasio Avenue (both sides included) to Donath View, south along Donath View (both sides included) to Marginson Drive, east along Marginson Drive (north side included) to McCarthy Way, south along McCarthy Way (both sides included) to Hardcastle Avenue, west along Hardcastle Avenue (south side included) to the property boundary between 11 and 15 Hardcastle Avenue, south along this property boundary (11 Hardcastle Avenue included) and continuing south to Werneth Entrance (273 Landsdale Road included), south along Werneth Entrance (both sides included) to Rowntree Loop, south along Rowntree Loop (both sides included) and continuing on the southern extension of the north-south alignment to Hepburn Avenue, and east along Hepburn Avenue (north side included) to Alexander Drive.

NOTE: all primary students residing at Cyrenian House, Cullacabardee (located at 920 Gnangara Road) are entitled to enrol at Carnaby Rise Primary School.
