The following will define the local-intake area of this school from 2018:

From the junction of Mandurah Road and Meadow Springs Drive, south along Mandurah Road (east side included) to the junction with Mandjoogoordap Drive, north east along the railway line to Gordon Road, east along Gorgon Road (north side included) to Lakes Road, continuing east along Lakes Road to the Serpentine River, generally north along the Serpentine River to the local government boundary between the City of Mandurah and the City of Rockingham, north west, south and west along this local government boundary to the Kwinana Freeway, south west along the Kwinana Freeway (south east side included) to Mandjoogoordap Drive, south west along Mandjoogoordap Drive (south east side included) to a point on the eastern extension of the lot boundary between 44 Ellinwood Loop and 46 Ellinwood Loop, west along this extension and west along the lot boundary between 44 Ellinwood Loop (included in this local-intake area) and 46 Ellinwood Loop (excluded from this local-intake area), west along the northern arm of Ellinwood Loop (south side included) to Grandmere Parade, continuing west along Grandmere Parade (south side included) to the underpass linking the northern and southern fairways of the golf course and south and south west along the southern fairways to Meadow Springs Drive and north west along Meadow Springs Drive (south side included) to Mandurah Road.

The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
