The following defines the local-intake area of this school:

BALLAJURA PRIMARY SCHOOL (Government Gazette Dec 1993)

The boundary for this school is as follows:
From the intersection of Marangaroo Drive and Alexander Drive, south along Alexander Drive to Illawarra Crescent South, east and northeast along Illawarra Crescent South to Shearwater Terrace, east along Shearwater Terrace to Pelican Parade, northeast and east along Pelican Parade to Kingfisher Avenue, north along Kingfisher Avenue as far as No 116, northeast from this point to the locality boundary between Ballajura and Cullacabardee, north and west along this boundary to Marangaroo Drive, and in a general westerly direction along Marangaroo Drive to Alexander Drive.

The boundary parts of Alexander Drive (east side), Illawarra Crescent South (both sides), Pelican Parade (north side), Marangaroo Drive (south side) and the boundary street of Shearwater Terrace (both sides) are included within the area for Ballajura Primary School, while the boundary parts of Kingfischer Avenue (both sides), are excluded from the area for Ballajura Primary School.

Note
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
