The following defines the local-intake area of this school:

From the junction of Sampson Road and Nangkita Road, west along Nankita Road and its extension to and along Nangkita Way to Karralika Avenue, north along Karralika Avenue to Orange Valley Road, north-east along Orange Valley Road to Whistlepipe Gully, in a general westerly direction along Whistlepipe Gully to the gate at the north eastern end of Lewis Road, south to Lesmurdie Brook, south east to the south western extremity of Falls Road, south east to and along Maxine Court to Nelson Crescent, east to Victory Place, north east along Victory Place to Grove Road, south east along Grove Road to Trafalgar Road, north east along Trafalgar Road to the southern arm of Waterloo Crescent, south east and north east along Waterloo Crescent and its northeasterly extension to Lesmurdie Brook, southeast along Lesmurdie Brook to a point just south of the southern extremity of Catherine Place, northeast from this point to the junction of Lesmurdie Road and Glyde Road, east along Glyde Road to Heslop Road, north, northwest and north along Heslop Road to Kaolunga Way, east along Kaolunga Way to Fletcher Road, north along Fletcher Road to Lesmurdie Road, east along Lesmurdie Road to Sampson Road, and north along Sampson Road to Nangkita Road.

The boundary parts of Karralika Avenue, Orange Valley Road, Maxine Court, Grove Road, Trafalgar Road, Waterloo Crescent, Glyde Road, Heslop Road and Kaolunga Way (both sides in all cases) are included in the local-intake area for the Falls Road Primary School. The boundary parts of Nangkita Road, Nangkita Way, Victory Place, Fletcher Road, Lesmurdie Road, and Sampson Road (both sides in all cases) are excluded from the local-intake area for the Falls Road Primary School.

The following defines an optional area between the Falls Road Primary School and the Kalamunda Primary School-
From the junction of Crayden Road and Sampson Road, northwest along Crayden Road to Lyndhurst Road, west along Lyndhurst Road to Orange Valley Road, north along Orange Valley Road to Winsor Road, west along Winsor Road to Robins Road, south along Robins Road to Grace Road, west along Grace Road to Betti Road, west and southwest along Betti Road to its junction with Orange Valley Road, west along Orange Valley Road to its extremity due south from this point to Whistlepipe Gully, in a general easterly direction along Whistlepipe Gully to the eastern section of Orange Valley Road, southwest along Orange Valley Road to Karralika Avenue, south along Karralika Avenue to Nankita Way, east along Nangkita Way and its extension to and along Nangkita Road to Sampson Road, and north along Sampson Road to Crayden Road.

The northern and western boundary parts of Orange Valley Road, the boundary parts of Robins Road, Grace Road and Betti Road, and the boundary streets of Crayden Road, Lyndhurst Road, Nangkita Way and Nangkita Road (both sides in each case) are included within the optional area, as provided above, while the southern boundary part of Orange Valley Road and the boundary parts of Karralika Avenue and Sampson Road, and the boundary street of Winsor Road (both sides in each case) are excluded from the optional area.

The following defines an optional area between the Falls Road Primary School and the Lesmurdie Primary School-
From the south western end of Falls Road, south east to and along Maxine Court to Nelson Crescent, east to Victory Place, north east along Victory Place to Grove Road, south east along Grove Road (north west section) to Trafalgar Road, north east along Trafalgar Road to the southern arm of Waterloo Crescent, south east and north east along Waterloo Crescent and its north easterly extension to Lesmurdie Brook, southeast along Lesmurdie Brook to a point just south of the southern extremity of Catherine Place, northeast from this point to the junction of Lesmurdie Road and Glyde Road, east along Glyde Road to Cagney Way, south along Cagney Way to Neil Tonkin Park and continuing south through the community centre to Grove Road, west along Grove Road and its westerly extension to Lesmurdie Road, west across Lesmurdie Road to Grove Road (western section), continuing west along Grove Road to George Road, south west along George Road to Ford Road, west along Ford Road to Kell Place, south west along Kell Place to the locality boundary between the localities of Lesmurdie and Forrestfield, north along this locality boundary to the south western extremity of Falls Road.

The boundary parts of Victory Place (both sides), Grove Road (north west section) and Cagney Way (both sides) are included in this optional area. The boundary parts of Maxine Court (both sides), Trafalgar Road (both sides), Waterloo Crescent (both sides), Glyde Road (both sides), Grove Road (western and eastern sections, both sides), George Road (both sides), Ford Road (both sides) and Kell Place (both sides) are excluded from this optional area.

Note
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
