The following defines the local-intake area of this school:

WARRIAPENDI PRIMARY SCHOOL (Government Gazette Dec 80 and Jan 1990)

The boundary (Dec 80) for this school is as follows:
From the junction of Balga Avenue with Mirrabooka Avenue, north along Mirrabooka Avenue to Beach Road, west along Beach Road to the east boundary of Lot 21, south along the eastern boundary of Lot 21 to a point east of the extension of the northern arm of Coniston Way, west from this point to Coniston Way, south along the eastern extremity of Coniston Way and continuing south to and between Ambleside Close on the west and Barlow Way on the east to Ullswater Place, west along Ullswater Place to Princess Road, south along Princess Road to Balga Avenue and east, southeast and east along Balga Avenue to Mirrabooka Avenue. The boundary parts of Mirrabooka Avenue (west side), Beach Road (south side), Ullswater Place (south side) and the boundary street of Balga Avenue (north side) are included in the area for the Warriapendi Primary School, while the boundary parts of Coniston Way (both sides) and Princess Road (both sides) are excluded from the area for the Warriapendi Primary School.

The boundary (Jan 90) between Warriapendi Primary School and North Balga Primary School (including North Balga Junior Primary School) is Princess Road. The boundary parts of Princess Road (east side), are included with the area for Warriapendi Primary School while the boundary parts of Princess Road (west side), are excluded from the area for Warriapendi Primary School.
