The following defines the local-intake area of this school-
From the intersection of Scarborough Beach Road and Duke Street, south along Duke Street to Brighton Road, and continuing south along Weaponess Road to Sonia Street, west along Sonia Street to Corbett Street, north along Corbett Street to Ventnor Street, west along Ventnor Street and its westerly extension to the coastline of the Indian Ocean, north along the coastline to a point due west of the westerly extension of Scarborough Beach Road, east along this extension and continuing east along Scarborough Beach Road to Duke Street. The boundary parts of Duke Street (west side), Weaponess Road (west side), Corbett Street (both sides) and Scarborough Beach Road (south side) are included within the local-intake area of this school. The boundary parts of Sonia Street (both sides) and Ventnor Street (both sides) are excluded from this local-intake area.
The following defines an optional area between Deanmore Primary School and Scarborough Primary School:
From the intersection of Scarborough Beach Road and Duke Street, north along Duke Street to Moorland Street, west along Moorland Street to Deanmore Road, south along Deanmore Road to Manning Street, west along Manning Street and its extension to the coastline, south along the coastline to a point due west of the westerly extension of Scarborough Beach Road, east along this extension and continuing east along Scarborough Beach Road to Duke Street. The boundary parts of Duke Street (west side), Deanmore Street (both sides), Manning Street (both sides) and Scarborough Beach Road (north side) are included within this optional area. The boundary parts of Moorland Street (both sides) are excluded from this optional area.

The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.
