The following defines the local-intake area of this school:
From the junction of Scarborough Beach Road and Main Street, north along Main Street to Swan Street, west along Swan Street to Hamilton Street, north along Hamilton Street to Karrinyup Road, west along Karrinyup Road to Telford Crescent, south west along Telford Crescent to the Mitchell Freeway, south east and south along the Mitchell Freeway to Scarborough Beach Road, and east along Scarborough Beach Road to Main Street. The boundary parts of Main Street (east side), Swan Street (south side), Karrinyup Road (south side), Mitchell Freeway (north and east sides) and Scarborough Beach Road (north side) are included within the local-intake area of this school. The boundary parts of Hamilton Street (both sides) and Telford Crescent (both sides) are excluded from the local-intake area of this school.

The following defines an optional area between Osborne Primary School and Tuart Hill Primary School:
From the junction of Green Street and Main Street, east along Green Street to Tyler Street, north along Tyler Street and its northern extension through the Robinson Reserve to the northern section of Tyler Street, north along the northern section of Tyler Street to Swan Street, west along Swan Street to Main Street and south along Main Street to Green Street. The boundary parts of Green Street (north side), Tyler Street (west side, northern and southern sections), Swan Street (south side) and Main Street (east side).

The following defines an optional area for West Balcatta Primary School, Balcatta Primary School and Osborne Primary School:
From the intersection of Karrinyup Road and the Mitchell Freeway, south and southeast along the Mitchell Freeway to a point coinciding with the southern extension of Telford Crescent, north northeast to and along Telford Crescent to Karrinyup Road and in a general westerly direction along Karrinyup Road to the Mitchell Freeway. The boundary parts of the Mitchell Freeway (east and northeast sides), Telford Crescent (both sides) and Karrinyup Road (south side) are included within the optional area.

Note
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
