The following defines the local-intake area of this school:
From the junction of Marmion Street and Carew Street, southeast along Carew Street to Cove Street, northeast along Cove Street to Conroy Street, southeast along Conroy Street to Clive Street, northeast along Clive Street to Kobeelya Avenue, northeast along Kobeelya Avenue to Brownie Street and southeast along Brownie Street to Golf Links Road.
The boundary street of Brownie Street and the boundary parts of Carew Street, Clive Street, Cove Street, Conroy Street and Kobeelya Avenue (both sides in all cases) are excluded from the area for the Braeside Primary School.
