The following defines the local-intake area of this school:
The Kalgoorlie-Leonora Road at a point adjacent to Kalgoorlie International Speedway, in a general southerly direction from the point along the Kalgoorlie-Leonora Road and the Eastern By-Pass Road to a point coinciding with the eastern extension of Millen Street and continuing east from this point to the Super Pit.
The boundary parts of the Kalgoorlie-Leonora Road (east side) and the Eastern By-Pass Road (east side) are included within the area for East Kalgoorlie Primary School.

The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.
