The following defines the local-intake area of this school:

EDEN HILL PRIMARY SCHOOL (Government Gazette Dec 1991)

The boundary for this school is as follows:
From the junction of Morley Drive East and Wicks Street, south along Wicks Street to Walter Road East, east along Walter Road East and its extension to the Swan River, northeast along the Swan River to the locality boundary between Caversham and Eden Hill, northeast, northwest and west along this locality boundary to Morley Drive East and west along Morley Drive East to Wicks Street. The boundary parts of Morley Drive East (south side) and Walter Road East (north side) are included within the area for Eden Hill Primary School, while the boundary street of Wicks Street (both sides), is excluded form the area for Eden Hill Primary School.

The following is an optional area between Eden Hill Primary School and Anzac Terrace Primary School:
From the intersection of Walter Road East and Ivanhoe Street, south along Ivanhoe Street to Anzac Terrace, east along Anzac Terrace to Fourth Avenue, south along Fourth Avenue and its extension to the railway line, east along the railway line to the Swan River, northwest and north along the Swan River to the extension of Walter Road East, and west from this point to and along Walter Road East to Ivanhoe Street.

The boundary parts of Ivanhoe Street (both sides), Anzac Terrace (north side), Fourth Avenue (both sides) and Walter Road East (south side), are included within the optional area.

Note
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
