From the intersection of Gibbs Road and Kwinana Freeway, east along Gibbs Road (south side included) to the local government boundary between the City of Cockburn and the City of Armadale, generally south along this local government boundary to Rowley Road and the local government boundary between City of Kwinana and Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale, generally south along this local government boundary to Anketell Road, west along Anketell Road (north side included) to the locality boundary between Hope Valley and Mandogalup, generally north along this locality boundary to Mandogalup Road, north west along Mandogalup Road (north east side included) to the local government boundary between the City of Cockburn and the City of Kwinana, west along this local government boundary to Rockingham Road, south along Rockingham Road (west side included) to Hope Valley Road, west to and along the eastern extension of Hope Valley Road (north side included) and its western extension to the Indian Ocean coastline, north along the coastline to the locality boundary between Henderson and Coogee, east along this locality boundary to Cockburn Road, south and east along Cockburn Road (west and south side included) to Russell Road, continuing east along Russell Road (south side included) to Rockingham Road, south along Rockingham Road (west side included) to Russell Road and in a general eastern direction along Russell Road (south side included) to the intersection with Kwinana Freeway and Gibbs Road.
