From the junction of Baldivis Road and Highbury Boulevard, south west along Highbury Boulevard (south side included) to Portman Parade, north along Portman Parade (west side included) to Bramall Terrace, south west along Bramall Terrace (south side included) to Makybe Drive, north along Makybe Drive (west side included) to Blaxland Terrace, west along Blaxland Terrace (south side included) to the intersection of Nairn Drive, Wise Meander and Blaxland Terrace, north along Nairn Drive (west side included) to Safety Bay Road, west along Safety Bay Road (south side included) to Mandurah Road, south along Mandurah Road (east side included) to the railway line and continue south west from the railway line to Mandurah Road, south along Mandurah Road, to the intersection of Stakehill Road West and Mandurah Road, east along Mandurah Road (north side included) to Stakehill Road, east along Stakehill Road (north side included) to Baldivis Road and the locality boundary between Baldivis and Karnup, east along this locality boundary to the Serpentine River, south along the Serpentine River to the local government boundary between the City of Rockingham and the Shire of Murray, east, north and east along this local government boundary to the local government boundary between the City of Rockingham and the Shire of Serpentine - Jarrahdale, north along the local government boundary between the City of Rockingham and the Shire of Serpentine - Jarrahdale to Henderson West Road, east along Henderson West Road (north side included) to Yangedi Road, north along Yangedi Road (west side included) to Karnup Road, north from Karnup Road to a point on the eastern extension of Serpentine Road, west from the aforementioned point to Serpentine Road, west along Serpentine Road (south side included) to the Kwinana Freeway, north along the Kwinana Freeway (west side included) to a point on the eastern extension of the east-west arm of Furioso Gardens, west along Furioso Gardens (south side included and excluding 36 Furioso Gardens) to Baldivis Road and north along Baldivis Road (west side included) to Highbury Boulevard.
