The following defines the local-intake area of this school from 2020:

From a point on the Indian Ocean coastline intersecting with the western extension of Pipidinny Road, north along the coastline from this point to the local government boundary between City of Wanneroo and Shire of Gingin, east, south and east along this boundary to the local government boundary between the City of Wanneroo and the Shire of Chittering, south along this local government boundary to the locality boundary between Yanchep and Pinjar, west and south along this locality boundary to Old Yanchep Road, north west along Old Yanchep Road (north side included) to a point on the eastern extension of Doogarch Road, west to and along Doogarch Road (north side included) and continuing west along the western extension of Doogarch Road to Bernard Road South, south west along Bernard Road South (north side included) to Wanneroo Road, south east along Wanneroo Road (south west side included) to the future extension of Alkimos Drive, south west along Alkimos Drive (north side included) to the proposed extension of the Mitchell Freeway, north along the proposed Mitchell Freeway (east side included) to Pipidinny Road, west along Pipidinny Road (north side included) and its western extension to the coastline.

Year 11 and 12 students from 2020, residing in the following localities will be entitled to attend this school: Breton Bay, Caraban, Cowalla, Gabbadah, Guilderton, Karakin, Lancelin, Ledge Point, Nilgen, Neergabby, Seabird, Wanerie, Wilbinga, and Woodridge.
