The following will define the local-intake area of this school from 2018:
From the intersection of Henley Brook Avenue and The Promenade, north along Henley Brook Avenue (west side included) to Westgrove Drive, north along Westgrove Drive (west side included) to Strathmore Parkway, west along Strathmore Parkway (south side included) to Coolamon Boulevard, west along Coolamon Boulevard (south side included) to The Broadway, north along The Broadway (west side included) to Galatea Pass, north west along Galatea Pass (south west side included) to the middle of the transit corridor, north along the middle of the transit corridor (and parallel to the northern alignment of Addingham Drive (both sides included)) to Farmaner Parkway, north from this intersection to the proposed route of the future Perth-Darwin Highway, south along the proposed Perth-Darwin Highway (east side included) to its junction with Lord Street, south on Lord Street (east side included) to Youle-Dean Road, north east along Youle-Dean Road (north side included) to Woollcott Avenue, and south east along Woollcott Avenue (north side included) to the junction with West Swan Road, north along West Swan Road (west side included) to Douglas Road, east along Douglas Road (north side included) to the walk trail to the Maali Bridge, south east along this walk trail to the Maali Bridge over the Swan River, north along the Swan River to the Ellen Brook, north along the Ellen Brook to a point on the western extension of Cruse Road, west south west from this point on Ellen Brook along the greenbelt/water course to the junction with Egerton Drive, south west from this junction across the greenbelt to the junction of Zanzibar Loop and Tullawood Drive, north along Tullawood Drive (west side included) to Wistful Parade, west along Wistful Parade (south side included) to Henley Brook Avenue and north along Henley Brook Avenue (west side included) to the intersection with The Promenade.

The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.
