WANNEROO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (Government Gazette June 2014)

The following will define the local-intake area for this school from 2015:

From the junction of Pinjar Road and Conti Road, west along Conti Road (south side included) and continuing west along the western extension of Conti Road to the western shore of Lake Joondalup, generally south along the western shore of Lake Joondalup to Ocean Reef Road, east along Ocean Reef Road (north side included) to Wanneroo Road and continuing east along Ocean Reef Road (north side included) to Gnangara Road, east along Gnangara Road (north side included) to the local government boundary between the City of Wanneroo and the City of Swan, north along this local government boundary to the locality boundary between Jandabup and Mariginiup, west and south west along the locality boundary between Jandabup and Mariginiup to Rousset Road, south west along Rousset Road to a point on the eastern extension of Tapping Street, west along the eastern extension of Tapping Street through Mariginiup Lake to Tapping Street, west along Tapping Street (south side included) to Pinjar Road and south along Pinjar Road (east side included) to Conti Road.

Students residing within the locality of Gnangara have the option of attending either Ashdale Secondary College or Wanneroo Senior High School.

Note
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
