To improve the employment outcomes for women, the Women in Leadership Action Plan 2011-2014 (Action
Plan) focus on the responsibilities and behaviour of all leaders in the Department to guide, influence and support the increased
representation of women at senior levels in the workforce.
To achieve this, the following initiatives for 2011-2014 has been determined:
