The ITS program funds Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and not-for-profit Group Training Organisations (GTOs) - working in partnership with community-based organisations and employers - to co-ordinate the provision of support services for associated training programs to Indigenous clients. Initiatives should be based on partnerships that involve local industry contributions, whereby companies directly benefit from increased work skills of Indigenous participants.
