Salaries and teaching levels
Level 3 Classroom Teacher
If you are an exemplary teacher, you may be eligible for Level 3 Classroom Teacher status. Recognised for your professionalism, leadership and quality teaching, you would be rewarded with a pay increase and given a reduced teaching load so you could take on more responsibilities within your school community.
You need to apply to become a Level 3 Classroom teacher.
