Reporting to Parents– Student Information System (SIS) Remote Access 2.9

The new web-based remote access for SIS reporting data entry is now available.

Teachers and administrators are able to access the SIS web reporting screens from:

  • workstations on the school's network;
  • home broadband services; or
  • any computer external to the school with Internet access.

Schools cannot use this service until they have completed the Semester 2, 2009 reporting set up in Curriculum Manager 2.9.

Access to the reporting web screens is through the Department portal.
Please advise all staff who need to use the service to copy the link
http://portal.det.wa.edu.au to their web browser, and to log in to the portal using their Department single sign on and password. From the portal page, select the Remote Reporting (SIS) link from the Applications List.
When the Welcome to Curriculum Manager - Reporting to Parents login screen appears, select your school and enter your normal SIS Integris username and password.

Support Notes for the use of the SIS Remote Access Service, including how to allocate the Department single sign-on and passwords to teachers are available.

Questions relating to the SIS Remote Access service should be directed to the Information and Communication Technologies Customer Service Centre by email customer.service.centre@det.wa.edu.au or telephone 9264 5555 or 1800 012 828 for regional callers.
