Administration file server - Schools should check that the storage capacity of administration servers are sufficient to support the increased activity imposed by reporting to parents. If your server is older than three years contact your customer relationship manager to ensure back up arrangements are in place should it fail during the reporting period.

Teacher access - A number of options for teacher data entry are provided to ensure maximum access to SIS. However, it is recommended that schools ensure all available networked workstations have direct SIS access to the school Integris database and single sign on passwords are prepared for full web based access to reporting data entry screens.
Teachers who plan to use their notebooks for teachers' laptops on the school network during the reporting period, should ensure the connection to the school's network is tested in advance of this period. The customer service centre can assist with the set up.

Student information export and import . Curriculum data, including monitoring and evaluation records, can be exported and imported between schools.
