Are you interested in helping young people become better drivers? Would you like to offer a program where students
get a head start gaining their driver’s licence?
This workshop focuses on young driver issues; the WA Licensing System and developing students’ self-management skills in traffic-related situations. It unpacks the Keys for Life resource and gives participants a range of activities and strategies; an understanding of how to administer the Learner’s Permit Test at school; and information on accessing a Keys for Life one-hour workshop for parents and young people, offered by the RAC.
Keys for Life can also be offered as a Curriculum Council endorsed program that counts as one point towards the
WACE. To access the resources, school staff must attend this workshop. |
| When: | 8.15am—3.00pm |
A certificate of attendance will be provided on completion of the professional development workshop.
All associated costs including teacher relief are covered by SDERA. Workshops are scheduled at various times throughout the year. To register for a workshop click here.
