From the intersection of Safety Bay Road and Mandurah Road, south along Mandurah Road (both sides included) to a point west on the southern edge of the property boundary of 1401 Mandurah Road, east along the southern property boundary of 1401 Mandurah Road (included) and continuing east along the southern property boundary of 577 Eighty Road (included) to Eighty Road, north along Eighty Road (west side included) to the northern property boundary of 500 Eighty Road, west along this property boundary and continuing west along the property boundaries bisecting Wanderer Parkway (included) and Bandicoot Ramble (excluded) to Willowtree Way, north along Willowtree Way (west side included) to the southern arm of Platypus Green, east along the southern arm of Platypus Green (north side included) to Bristlebird Approach, east along Bristlebird Approach (north side included) and its eastern extension along its east to west arm to Nairn Drive, north along Nairn Drive (west side included) to Safety Bay Road, and west along Safety Bay Road (south side included) to Mandurah Road.
