The following defines the local-intake area of this school-
From the intersection of Altone Road and Benara Road, west along Benara Road to Bottlebrush Drive, north from this point to the western extremity of Silver Place, northeast from this point to the junction of Ironbark Road, and Darwin Crescent, north from this point to the junction of King Road and Platte Way, northwest from this point to the western extremity of Jana Court, northeast along Jana Court to Platte Way, northnorthwest along Platte Way to Amazon Drive, eastnortheast along Amazon Drive to St Lawrence Drive, northnorthwest along St Lawrence Drive to Pentecost Avenue, north from this point to Marshall Road, east along Marshall Road to the northern extension of Altone Road, and south to and along Altone Road to Benara Road.

The boundary parts of Benara Road (north side), Platte Way (both sides), Amazon Drive (both sides), St Lawrence Drive (both sides), Marshall Road (both sides) and Altone Road (west side) and the boundary street of Jana Court (both sides) are included within the area for Beechboro Primary School.
