The following defines the local-intake area of this school:
From the junction of Reid Highway and Marmion Avenue, east along Reid Highway to Okely Road, north along Okely Road to Beach Road, west along Beach Road to Marmion Avenue, and southeast along Marmion Avenue to Reid Highway. The boundary parts of Reid Highway (north side), Okely Road (both sides), Beach Road (south side), and Marmion Avenue (east side) are included in the local-intake area for Carine Primary School.

The following defines an optional area between Carine Primary School and Karrinyup Primary School:
From the junction of Reid Highway and North Beach Road, south and east along North Beach Road to Okely Road, north along Okely Road and its extension to Reid Highway, and west along Reid Highway to North Beach Road. The boundary parts of North Beach Road (north side), Okely Road (west side) and Reid Highway (south side) are included within this optional area.

The following defines an optional area between Carine Primary School and Lake Gwelup Primary School:
From the junction of Okely Road and North Beach Road, north along Okely Road to Reid Highway, east along Reid Highway to Duffy Road, south along Duffy Road to North Beach Road and west along North Beach Road to Okely Road. The boundary parts of Okely Road (east side), Reid Highway (south side), Duffy Road (west side) and North Beach Road (north side) are included within this optional area.

Note
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette.  Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description.  The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA.  While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required.  Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
