Shaping our schools

Our goal is to have a strong public school system where every school is a good school, every teacher is an effective teacher and every student is a successful student.

These are the strategies and plans which are shaping our schools:

Partnership Schools
Partnership Schools identifies 101 schools under National Partnership Agreements for low socioeconomic status communities and in the areas of literacy and numeracy. These schools will gain not only additional resources but also the opportunity to operate with greater flexibility.

Focus 2010 outlines the priorities for 2010 and the expectations of schools, districts and central office.
