Guidelines for Safe Work Practices for Educational Interpreters (AUSLAN) within the Department of Education

The Guidelines for Safe Work Practices for Educational Interpreters have been developed to encourage a consultative process at schools to minimise the risk of occupational overuse injuries from interpreting tasks. The guidelines are based on a risk management approach for each activity the interpreter is likely to be involved in.
