Rollout

These Modules will be offered, as needed, in each term break. Schools will be informed when registrations can be made through the Leadership Centre. It is envisaged that Districts may also offer the Modules where they have trained facilitators and the program is registered with the Leadership Centre.

Delivery Modes

When delivered in term breaks each Modules will take two consecutive days and be supported by a trained facilitator and a content expert. All modules require access to a computer with internet connection. Where Districts are delivering the Modules they will be required to use trained facilitators and have their delivery mode approved by the Leadership Centre Project Manager - Professional Learning. The facilitators will normally work as a team and this must include a Module content expert and an experienced and capable school leader.

Curtin, Edith Cowan, Murdoch and the University of WA have all agreed to give credit towards post graduate studies for the application of the learning obtained through completing these Modules. For more information go to University Accreditation.

Training

The Leadership Centre is currently investigating the potential to map the Module outcomes to a relevant Training Package at a Diploma level. It is likely that this will require the applicants to demonstrate competencies in the workplace related to the Module content and some other areas.
