Guidelines for Implementing Documented Plans in Public Schools

Documented Plans is an umbrella term for student plans that address individual needs, such as individual education plans (IEPs) and individual behaviour management plans (IBMPs).

Guidelines for Implementing Documented Plans in Public Schools has been developed to inform teachers, administrators, and support staff on who, what, when, and how to plan for individuals or small groups.

The Guidelines for Implementing Documented Plans in Public Schools (pdf 445kb) are applicable to most individual planning scenarios across educational settings within the Department of Education and Training, and includes examples and templates.
