The role of the ETSSC is to supply, manage and maintain the Education and Training in-scope finance and human resource services, in a cost effective and efficient manner.

As a division of the Department of Education (DoE), the ETSSC provides these services to the Department of Education, Department of Training and Workforce Development, State Training Providers, Department of Education Services and Curriculum Council.

The ETSSC staff working within the Education stream focus on delivering a variety of shared corporate services to the Department of Education, Department of Education Services, Curriculum Council and Country High School Hostels Authority in the areas of personnel/payroll, human resource services, accounts processing and financial accounting services.
