Educational Measurement
Educational Measurement is responsible for the following state-wide, national and international assessment programs in
2009:
- National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN)
(Years 3, 5, 7 and 9)
- Western Australian Monitoring Standards in Education (WAMSE)
(Years 5, 7 and 9)
- National Assessment Program - Science Literacy (NAP-SL)
(Year 6)
- Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA)
(15-year-old students)
- some schools will be required to particpate in equating and trialling tests.
