Induction

The Department of Education and training has an Induction Policy Schools and districts also have their own programs.

The Welcome Manual has a range of information that will acclimatise you with the internal structure and functions of the Department of Education and Training

Department Induction and Orientation Day
Each year the Department conducts an induction and orientation day for new teachers. This is held in January and teachers are notified of the details once they have been appointed to a school.
