Schools receive a reporting package which includes:

• Individual student reports

• Student Reporting Information for Parents brochures

• Administrators guide to reporting booklets Download here

Public schools’ 2008 NAPLAN results are available digitally via the Educational Assessment Reporting System (EARS) and can be accessed through the secure section of the DET Schools Online website http://www.det.wa.edu.au/schoolsonline

Catholic and Independent schools receive a disk with EARS files containing their results.

Schools should reconcile individual student results with school information before distributing student reports to parents.

The marking guide developed for the national writing assessment was based on the WALNA writing marking guide and teachers will find the two guides are very similar. The national Writing marking guide is available for download at:
