- unassembled Postpak box (either new or used) or a cardboard
box (one per student). If new Postpak boxes are being used, purchase
Size BC 220mm x 160mm x 77mm (suits A5).

Other consumable materials to be provided by the school
- Food. Schools should provide a variety of fruit for each
student to make one serving of the fruit product. A suggested
shopping list for a class of 30-32 students is provided in the
teachers manual.
- Packaging Materials. A range of materials for packaging
and presentation the fruit product should be provided, to allow
for student choice. These may include tooth picks and wooden skewers,
plastic cups, paper and plastic plates, plastic bags or plastic
spoons.

- 140 min in total (over two sessions):

- Session 2: making
the fruit product; evaluation questions.
