They also provide in-depth analysis of dominant trends, companies and products, examine every aspect of information technology, provide coverage of strategic business initiatives and provide vertical industry expertise.

Under the licence, there is an Advisor seat and 4 Reference seats. The Reference seat holders are able to access Gartner research articles in full. In addition to having access to the research, the Advisor seat can schedule Analyst inquiries so you can have Gartner Analysts address your specific IT issues in the form of a written response or phone call.
