The Department Safety
Officers assist
in the management of risk through the process of identification, assessment
and control, provision of professional advice and guidance on safety and
health issues affecting school sites; and provide training to school staff
on various safety and health issues. Listed below are some of the more
common areas that the safety officers are able to provide advice on.
