Resources

Website for Student Resources

The Department of Education and Training has developed a number of Pathfinders containing curriculum-related resources suitable for students in various phases of development. Pathfinders are guides to locating a range of suitable resources on-line and off-line which can guide the student needing to achieve particular learning outcomes within or across Learning Areas.

Resource Centres

In some Districts, there is a District Resource Centre with collections of resources from which home educators can borrow by paying an annual joining fee. Home educators interested in using such resources should enquire with the home education moderator. The Midwest, West Coast and Swan District Resource Centres offer services to local district users. The Fremantle-Peel District Resource Centre offers a comprehensive service to the whole state; enquiries can be made direct to Fremantle-Peel Education District Resource Centre.
