The Role Of The Team
The role of the Corporate Services Team is to:
- Provide an effective and efficient delivery of corporate services to schools
in managing facilities, services and support staff.
- Assist schools in the implementation of government initiatives and policy,
for example:
- School information System (SIS) finance and asset manager software.
- Capital Works Programs
- Restorative Maintenance Program
- Management of support staff establishments
- Professional development for support staff.
Corporate Services Team
The team comprises the Coordinator of Corporate Services Kerry Prendergast,
two Finance & Administration Officers (FAO's) and two District Operations
Support Officers (DOSO's).
These officers provide support and advice to individuals and school communities
in relation to management of finances, resources, support staff, facilities
and services and across district support through a comprehensive professional
development program.

The District Operations Support Officers provide advice and support for management
of support staff, facilities and services, for example:
- Allocation of support staff in schools
- Vacancy management and recruitment of support staff
- Capital Works
- Restorative maintenance
- Induction of cleaners and gardeners
- Oval restoration
- Weed spraying and green waste management.
