CONGRATULATIONS EAST VICTORIA PARK PS

East Victoria Park PS was recently presented with the Community Group of the Year Award at the Town of Victoria Park, Australia Day Awards. The award, presented by the Mayor Mick Lee, was in recognition of ten years of participation in the Million Trees Project. In this time, over 300 year five students have planted approximately 30 000 trees in the Merredin-Nukarni area. The project was also a finalist in last year's SGIO WA Environmental Awards.
